Please read this article Seismic waves (http://www.geo.mtu.edu/UPSeis/waves.html) and then make a post (reply to this post) about what you know about seismic waves. Please answer the following questions at least:
1. What are the three types of waves?
2. What do they tell us about the interior of the earth?
3. What are the layers of the earth?
4. Which type of waves cannot go though liquids?
5. What is the lithosphere and how is it broken up?
6. What are the three types of plate boundaries?
After you finish your post please go and reply to two other students posts (Reply to their individual posts). Then check back and see if you have any posts on yours to reply to.

@KaitieWarner I like the effort you put in and I could tell you like science and waves.kayla bachle
Kayla Bachle,
You rock Kayla!! Good job!
Heather Pohlmeier
Nice Job!!! @Samantha Blake
Dylan Kemmet,
You spelled the wrong, but other wise good job
Heather Pohlmeier
@ Jennifer Clemet
Awesome job!! :) you must know everything.. And hope your ready for the test!!! 👍👍👍
GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good job!!! @Jennifer C.
@connor Kissler
Good job you answered all the question and I think you did it right
Patricia Karcher
@dylan kemmet
For number four the correct answer is p waves not S waves
@ Taylor Kool
You answered all the questions right good job
Patricia Karcher
@jennifer clement
Just make sure you know that the lithosphere is made up of all the crust and the top part of the mantle😊
Taylor Kool
Taylor Kool,
You are smart and you know what you are talking about!
Jenni Clement
1) The three types of waves are S waves, P waves, and surface waves.
2) they tell us how dense the earth is inside.
3) Crust,mantle, outer core, inner core.
4) S waves.
5) Crust and upper part of the mantle.
6) Convergent, Transform, Divergent.
Seth Salter.
Kayla Bachle
There are surface waves, p and a waves.
It tells us how dense parts of the earth are
The parts of the earth are the crust, mantle, inner core, outer core.
S waves can travel through water
Made from crust and upper part of mantle. It's broken up in to plates.
Divergent, convergent, and transform
@Taylor Kool
I like how yours is a paragraph and you have great answers!
Kincaid McMaster
Nice job Dylan on how you formed yours
@austin Dammann
1. What are the three types of waves?
P waves, S waves, Surface
2. What do they tell us about the interior of the earth?
The outer core is liquid
3. What are the layers of the earth?
The crust, the mantle, the inner core, the outer core
4. Which type of waves cannot go though liquids?
S waves
5. What is the lithosphere and how is it broken up?
The lithosphere is the crust and upper part of the mantle, this is where the plates are
6. What are the three types of plate boundaries?
Convergent, divergent, transform

Dear Kincaid,
you did a good job!
Jenni Clement
@Taylor Kool
Good explanation!!!
@connor Kissler
Very good Connor. You're answers where correct I think.
@Sydney McVicker
Good job I like your answers!
Kincaid McMaster
Three types of waves are p waves S waves and surface waves. They tell us what the earth is made of, wether some parts are denser and wether some parts are liquid or solid. The layers of earth are crust, mantle, outer core, and inner core. The seismic waves helped us Learn that the outer Coe is liquid because S waves could not travel through it. The lithosphere is the outer most part of the earth, made up of the crust and the upper mantle. The three types of plate boundaries are divergent, convergent, and transform.

Number 1 p waves S waves and surface waves
Number 2 what the different layers of the earth are made out of
Number 3 crust mantle outer core inner core
Number 4 S waves
Number 5 top part of crust and mantle in to plates
Number 6 divergent transform and convergent
Kincaid!!
Gooood job!(:
Connor
There is the surface waves, body waves, and Raleigh waves.
They tell us that the earth has four layers and that three are solid, two are rocky and one is liquid.
The layers are the crust, mantle, outer core and inner core.
The p waves go through liquids.
The lithosphere is broken up into the crust and upper mantle.
The three plate boundaries are convergent, divergent, and transform.

1.The three types of waves are P,S, and surface waves.
2. They tell us if its a solid or a liquid
3. Crust, mantel, inner core. Outer core.
4. the type of waves cannot go though liquids are S waves
