Eclipse Week!

This week was out of this world at Kearney Catholic. We started off Monday by having a sack lunch outside and watching the eclipse. The pictures of the event are thanks to our new secretary Mrs. Gfeller, since I was a little busy during the festivities. Overall it was really neat to experience the eclipse with the school and I think the students enjoyed it as well, at least they were still talking about it the next day. We had the students diagram the process of the eclipse as well and some of the neater ones are shown below. Otherwise we’ve been learning about the scientific method, basic anatomy language and acids and bases in class this week. I have attempted to start a second fish tank but that did not go very well so I have abandoned that project. Tonight is the first home football and it should be fun. See you all next week.
